It‘s a purpose–built flat, built in the 60s but renovated in the naughties. It has a mostly new bathroom and an entirely new kitchen.
I lived in the flat for over 6 months and loved it! I only moved out to move in with my girlfriend. Being only a 10 minute walk from the centre of Cardiff I found it great for going to see Cardiff Blues matches, shopping and generally meeting up with friends.
